It depends on your needs ❤️
You can generate and test basic platform features on the Free plan.
To create motion and live action videos, with ultra-realistic voices and advanced features - you can upgrade to any of the paid plans. You also get ability to export a video, and access to more AI credits.
For instance, if you’re just getting started with the video creation journey, we recommend the “Pro Plan”.
To access advanced features such as ‘Train your own models’, ‘AI Lip Sync’, ‘Export to Adobe Premiere Pro’ etc. we recommend signing up for the “Plus Plan”.

This might happen happen if the email you added on the subscription purchase page doesn’t match with your Atlabs account email.
But no worries, if that was the case - just drop us a note on live chat and we will get it fixed for you.
