What is model routing on Atlabs?

The one-interface advantage

Most AI models live behind their own apps, accounts, and API keys. Atlabs brings them together: one interface, one credit balance, many models. That's what "model routing" means: you work in a single place, and Atlabs connects each job to the right model behind the scenes.

How it works in practice

  • Sensible defaults. When you pick a workflow or a visual style, Atlabs starts you on a model that suits it, so you get a good result without choosing anything.
  • Your call to override. Any time you want more control, open the Model dropdown and switch. See [How do I switch AI models in a workflow?]
  • Right model per job. Because the models sit side by side, you can use a photorealistic model for one scene and a stylized one for the next, in the same project.

💡 Why it matters: you get the strengths of many specialist models- cinematic motion, photorealism, stylized animation, expressive lip sync- without juggling separate tools or subscriptions.

Confirm how routing presents in the live product: is a default model auto-selected per workflow/style (as described), or does the user always pick first? Adjust the "Sensible defaults" line to match, and add a screenshot of a workflow showing its default model.

Choosing for yourself

When you do want to pick, [Which AI model should I use?] maps each model to the kind of video, image, or lip sync it's best at.
