Why switch models

Different shots call for different models: a realistic talking scene, a stylized action moment, a fast draft. Atlabs lets you swap models with a click so you can pick the right one per shot without leaving your project or setting up a new account.

Switch models in an AI App

Every AI App has a Model dropdown near the top of the upload panel:

1. Open the app (e.g., Video → Image to Video, Image → Create Image, Video → Lip Sync).
2. Open the Model dropdown.
3. Select a model; the estimate updates to reflect it.
4. Generate.

Switch the video model inside a workflow (per scene)

Inside a project, motion is generated per scene, so you can choose a different video model for each one:

1. Open a scene and go to the Motion tab.
2. Open the Model selector (Seedance 1 Pro Fast is the default). [EDITOR: confirm current default model name]
3. Choose the model that fits that scene, then generate motion.

💡 Tip: Use a fast model to block out the whole video, then switch your hero scenes to a higher-quality model like Kling 3.0 or Veo 3.1 before final export.
