Nasheed, Quran recitation and Islamic channel videos
Atlabs makes nasheed videos and Quran recitation videos with calligraphy, mosque architecture and nature scenes, and you can keep people out of the video entirely. Upload the audio, steer the concept toward landscapes and geometric art, remove the characters at the Cast step, and check every scene as a still image before anything is animated.
Try it here: https://app.atlabs.ai/create/religious-music-video
Best for: nasheed artists, Islamic YouTube and TikTok channels, Quran recitation channels, and Ramadan content.
Nasheed videos (Faith Music Video)
Step 1: Music
- Open Workflows → Faith Music Video. Click Upload your music track and add an .mp3 or .wav file up to 200MB. You can also paste a Suno or SoundCloud link and click Extract Music, or pick one of the Sample Music Files.
- No song yet? Make one with Generate Music (app.atlabs.ai/music).
Made your song on Suno?
- Open your song in Suno.
- Click Unlock Audio.
- Click Download Audio and upload the file here.
Once the audio is unlocked, you can also paste the Suno song link directly.

- In Trim your track, select the part of the song to use. Only the selected part is used in your video.
- Choose the Video type: Narrative (No Lip Sync, a story told across cinematic scenes) or Performance (Lip Sync, Premium, a lip-synced performance video of the artist).
- Optional: in the Storyline box, describe the story you want and introduce your cast. Leave it blank and Atlabs writes one from your track. Click Confirm.
- If Atlabs detects the wrong language on the next screen, click the pencil and set it to the language of the nasheed.

- Atlabs analyses the track and shows what it heard: Language, Mood, Genre and BPM. If anything is wrong, click the pencil icon on that card and correct it before you move on.

Step 2: Style
- Pick the Aspect Ratio: 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, 16:9 for YouTube, or 1:1.
- Pick the Video Style: AI Video (Recommended) or AI Storyboard (still images).
- Pick a Visual Style from the grid. Calm looks such as Soft Pastel 2D, Warm Papercraft Collage or Realistic suit devotional visuals.

Step 3: Concepts
- Under Choose your concept, Atlabs shows several concepts generated from your song's tempo, mood and genre, each with a title, a short story and preview frames.
- Select one, or click the pencil icon on a concept to edit it. To write your own, click Describe your concept. To keep people out, write it plainly, for example "no people or faces. Arabic calligraphy, mosque domes at dawn, desert dunes, lanterns, flowing water".

Step 4: Cast
- Atlabs generates the characters, objects and locations for your video. Review, swap or delete them: everything on this screen appears in your final video. Use Add Character or Add Object to add more.

For each character, open its card and choose how to set it up:
- AI-generated character (Create New): Atlabs fills in the details, such as name, age, gender, ethnicity, Visual Appearance, clothing and voice. Change anything you want and click Save. The more detail you give in Visual Appearance, the more consistent the character looks in every scene. Also add the character's height in Visual Appearance, for example "about 97 cm tall". Height keeps the character's proportions right next to other characters and objects, whether it is a human, an animal or any other character.
- Character Library: pick a character you made before, or one of the ready-made actors.
- Upload your own image: upload a reference image of your character, then choose Match Video Style or Keep Uploaded Look:
- Match Video Style converts your image into the video's visual style. Use it when your image is a real photo or a different art style from your video.
- Keep Uploaded Look uses your image as it is. Use it when your image is already in the same visual style as your video.
This choice keeps the uploaded character consistent with the visual style of the video.

For this video:
- Delete every character card and keep only locations and objects, such as a mosque courtyard, a crescent moon or an open book.
Locations and objects work the same way: create them with AI, pick them from the library, or upload your own image.
Finalise Video
- Click Finalise Video. In How would you like to start?, choose:
- Storyboard: a still image for every scene, with no motion or lip sync yet.
- Video Preview: the first 25 seconds with full motion (and lip sync where your video has it).
- Full Video: every scene with complete motion (and lip sync where your video has it).
- Each option shows its credit cost. Click Generate. Choose Storyboard. Check every frame, and change any image that shows a person in the scene's Visual tab before adding motion.
- You can close the window once generation starts. Your video keeps generating and appears in My Stories.

Narrated translation and reminder videos (Explainer Video)
For a translation or a spoken reminder read by an AI narrator voice, Explainer Video gives you the most control over every shot. To use a recorded recitation, upload the audio to Faith Music Video as above.
Step 1: Script
- Open Explainer Video (the Explainer Video card on the Atlabs home page). Paste your script, or describe what you want to explain and click AI Script Writer. You can also start from a Suggested Topics card.
- Paste the translation or narration text. Atlabs splits it into scenes.
- Set the language from the dropdown under the box.

Step 2: Style
- Choose the aspect ratio and a visual style. Pick 16:9 or 9:16 and a calm visual style.
- Click Continue.
Step 3: Cast
- Choose the Narrator Voice.
- Atlabs lists the characters and locations it found in your script. Click Generate All, open a card to set it up, or delete a card with its bin icon. Keep the narrator and delete every character. Keep or add locations such as a mosque interior, a mountain valley or a night sky.

For each character, open its card and choose how to set it up:
- AI-generated character (Create New): Atlabs fills in the details, such as name, age, gender, ethnicity, Visual Appearance, clothing and voice. Change anything you want and click Save.

Locations and objects work the same way: create them with AI, pick them from the library, or upload your own image.
- Click Continue.
Step 4: Screenplay
- Check each scene's Location Type, Location and Time of Day, and every SHOT and DIALOGUE line.
- Atlabs may still describe a person in a shot. Rewrite those SHOT lines to show only places, calligraphy, light or nature, for example "Slow pan across a starry desert sky above a silhouetted minaret".
- Click Finalise.
