Music Video: Turn a song or Suno track into a full music video!
Music Video is the Atlabs workflow that turns a finished song into a complete music video. Upload your track, and Atlabs analyses its mood, genre and tempo, suggests story concepts that fit the song, and builds every scene with the same characters throughout. You can export the video or publish it straight to YouTube.
Try it here: https://app.atlabs.ai/create/music-video
Perfect for:
- 🎵 Songs made on Suno, Mureka, ElevenLabs Music or any other tool
- 🎬 Narrative videos: a story told across cinematic scenes
- 🎤 Performance videos: a lip-synced performance of the artist
Before you start
- A song: an .mp3 or .wav file up to 200MB, or a SoundCloud link.
- Made your song on Suno? Download the track from Suno and drop the file in. Songs from Mureka, ElevenLabs Music or any other tool work the same way.
- No song yet? Make one with Generate Music at app.atlabs.ai/music (covered below), or click Generate Music on the first step and write your lyrics.
Main Steps
Music Video has four steps: Music, Set Style, Concepts and Finalise.
- Music. Open Workflows → Music Video and upload your track, paste a SoundCloud link, or pick a sample track. Choose the best part of the track to use, then pick a video type: Narrative (a story told across cinematic scenes) or Performance (a lip-synced performance of the artist). You can also write a line or two about the story and cast you want, or leave it blank and Atlabs writes one from your track. Atlabs then shows what it heard in the track: mood, genre and BPM. Click the pencil on any of them to correct it.

- Choose your Video type: Narrative (a story across cinematic scenes) or Performance (a lip-synced video of the artist).
- Have your own idea? Use the Storyline box to tell the story you want your music to tell and introduce your cast: who they are and how they connect. Leave it blank and Atlabs will craft one from your track.
- Set Style. Choose who stars in the video: upload your own characters or let Atlabs suggest a cast. Pick an aspect ratio (9:16, 16:9 or 1:1) and a visual style, such as 3D Cartoon, Claymation, Soft Pastel 2D or Flat 2D Modern.

- Concepts. Atlabs generates several concepts for your song, each with a title, a short story, and preview frames, based on the music's tempo, mood, and genre. Pick the one that fits, or click the pencil to edit it.

- Finalise. Review the characters, locations and objects Atlabs created for your concept. Edit, swap or upload your own, so the same faces and places appear in every scene. Then click Finalise Video and choose Storyboard (still images for every scene), Video Preview (the first 25 seconds with motion and lip sync) or Full Video. The credit cost of each option is shown before you generate.

After generation, you can edit any scene, add lyric captions, then export or publish to YouTube from the Export panel.
Generate Music: make a song first.
Generate Music at app.atlabs.ai/music creates a song you can turn into a music video.
- Pick a model. MiniMax Music 3 (30 seconds to 5 minutes) sings the lyrics you write. ElevenLabs Music makes tracks from 30 seconds to 10 minutes. Lyria 3 and Lyria 3 Pro write their own lyrics.
- Add lyrics, with each structure tag ([verse], [chorus], [bridge]) on its own line.
- Describe the music: genre, mood, instrumentation, tempo and vocal style.
- Set the length and click Generate Music. Play the track, download it, and upload it to Music Video.
Good to know
- Performance videos with lip sync are a premium option.
- For longer songs, generate the Storyboard first and check every scene before you spend credits on motion. See "Long videos and full animated episodes".
