Exporting from Storyboard

📤 How do I export my video?

Export your video directly from the storyboard view once you are satisfied with the output.

When your video is ready, click Export in the top-right of the storyboard to open the Export panel. From here you can render and download your video, share a preview link for feedback, or export an editable project to Premiere Pro. The panel shows a preview of your video with its total run time, and a See History link to revisit past exports.

Render and download your video

Click Export Video to start rendering. The render takes roughly 60–90 seconds; when it finishes, the button changes to Download Video. Click it to save the MP4 to your device, you'll also get a confirmation email with the download.

Under Other Actions, click Preview Link to generate a shareable URL, ideal for client or team feedback before you commit to a full export.

Download or hand off to Premiere Pro (Other Actions)

Download saves the rendered file, and Premiere Pro exports an editable timeline (XML + media) so an editor can finish the project in Adobe Premiere Pro or another NLE.

💡 Before you export:

  • If the Export button is greyed out, some scenes are still generating motion, wait for all loaders to finish.
  • Re-exporting after edits doesn't cost extra credits.
  • Free-plan videos include a watermark; upgrade to remove it. Higher resolutions (up to 4K) and all aspect ratios require a paid plan.
