🙇‍♂️ Why won't my video export or download?

The Export button is greyed out

• Motion is still generating on one or more scenes.
• Wait for all scenes to finish; look for spinning loaders in the storyboard.
• Then click Export again.

The video downloaded with a watermark

• Watermark-free export requires a paid plan.
• Upgrade from the Subscription tab in your account. See [How do I manage billing and my subscription?]

The Premiere Pro option isn't appearing

• Exporting to Premiere Pro requires a higher-tier plan.

The export failed or didn't download

• Check your internet connection and try again.
• Use Preview Link correctly.
• If it persists, contact support via the chat icon (bottom-right).
