👨‍🔧 How do I fix voiceover and audio problems?

Voiceover doesn't fit the scene timing

• Shorten the narration text in the Voiceover tab.
• Increase the scene duration in the Settings tab.
• Split the scene into two shorter scenes with Split Scene.

The voice tone doesn't match the content

• Change the Speaking Character in the Voiceover tab.
• Add emotion tags (Excitedly, Angrily, Calmly) to control delivery.
• Try a different Country Accent and voice combination.

Background music overpowers the voiceover

• Reduce music volume to 20–30% in the Music panel.
• Use ambient or background-labelled tracks.

Remove background music while keeping sound effects

• If the music is the track applied to the entire video, remove or turn off the track in the Music tab in the storyboard top bar. This removes the background music track, not scene sound effects.
• If the music is part of a scene's generated audio, regenerate that scene's motion with a prompt that says no background music is needed, or remove the music reference from the prompt. Generated music attached to a scene cannot be removed separately while preserving its other generated audio.

Audio isn't generating with the video

• Not all models generate audio; check the model description first.
• Toggle Audio ON in the Motion tab.
• Models with native audio support: Google Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0 Pro, Sora 2 Pro, LTX-2 Pro.

Why does my video have no voice?
Your script has no dialogue or narration. Go to Edit Video > Select the scene > Audio tab > Add text > Select voices from the library in the dropdown and generate the Voiceover.

I changed a voice, but the scene didn't update.
Regenerate that scene. Its lip sync was made with the old voice. Check the audio used in the lip-sync tab inside the scene.

How do I remove random audio a scene generated?
Go to Scene → Edit Video → Audio tab → All audio, and switch off Visual audio.

Why does audio cut between scenes?
Audio is generated together with each scene's motion, so a small cut can happen at transitions.
