🙇‍♂️ Why won't my video export or download?

Are you on the free plan?

Downloading your video requires a paid plan. On the free preview, you can create a 20–25 second Preview Video to check the quality. Once you subscribe, you can generate the full video, edit it and download it.

The video downloaded with a watermark

• Watermark-free export requires a paid plan.
• Upgrade from the Subscription tab in your account. See How do I manage billing and my subscription?

The Premiere Pro option isn't appearing

• Exporting to Premiere Pro requires a higher-tier plan.

The export failed or didn't download

• Check your internet connection and try again.
• Click Export → Share Preview Link and open it to check that your video rendered fully.
• If it persists, contact support via the chat icon (bottom-right).

The exported video has static scenes

• If the editor preview shows motion but the exported video is static, try re-exporting. The rendered version may have been created before the motion finished generating.
• If Re-export does not fix the issue, contact support via the chat icon (bottom-right) and share the story link so the export can be investigated.

My exported video does not show my latest changes

Your download is the last render. Click Export → Re-export to render the video again with your changes, then download it.
