Do my credits expire?
Credits on Atlabs have an expiry date. How long they last depends on whether they came from your plan or from a top-up, and on whether your subscription is still active.
You can see your current balance and its expiry date at any time under Account → Subscription, next to Credits Remaining.
Plan credits
- Monthly plan credits roll over month to month for as long as you stay subscribed.
- Annual plan credits are issued upfront for the full year and roll over for as long as you stay subscribed.
Top-up credits
- Plan credits are consumed first. Top-up credits are used automatically once your monthly plan credits run out.
- Top up credits roll over month to month for as long as you stay subscribed.
Which credits are spent first
- Monthly or annual plan credits
- Top-up credits, automatically, once plan credits are exhausted
Where credits carry different expiry dates, the soonest-to-expire are spent first.
If your balance shows more than one expiry date
It's normal to see credits from different sources with different dates. If the dates don't look right — for example, credits expiring only days after you bought them — contact us on live chat and we'll check the account and correct it.
🚨 Downgrading rather than cancelling: if you want to pause your usage but keep your balance, downgrading to the lowest paid plan keeps your credits rolled over and active. Cancelling outright does not.
Keeping track
- Account → Subscription shows your remaining balance and expiry date.
- The Usage table on the same page lists every generation and what it cost.
- Your credit balance is also visible in the top-right of every screen next to the coin icon.
