📁 Project Management

Manage your video projects from the My Stories page. You can search, filter, duplicate, rename, organize into folders, delete, and export project files.

The 3-dot menu next to the Export button lets you manage your story at the project level.

3 dots menu options

• Duplicate Project: creates an exact copy. Use to create variations without losing the original.
• Rename: rename your story directly.
• Add to Folder: organise stories into folders. Submenu lets you select or create a folder.
• Delete Story: permanently deletes the story. Cannot be undone.
• Clone to Account: clones the story to another account. Useful for agencies managing multiple clients.
• Export JSON: exports the full project data as a JSON file for backup or transfer.

Tips

Here are some tips to get the best results:

• Duplicate before making major edits - keeps the original safe
• Use Add to Folder to organise My Stories by client, campaign, or project type
• Exporting JSON is useful as a backup before making irreversible changes

Common Issues

If you run into problems, here are the most common issues and how to resolve them:

• Deleted a story by mistake - stories can be recovered after deletion - switch All to 'Deleted'.
• Can't find a story - check if it was moved to a folder
