How do I top up or buy more credits?
💳 Top Up Your Credits
Running low on credits? You can buy a credit pack (a top-up) from your account at any time on any paid plan, without changing your plan or waiting for your next billing date. Top-up credits are added on top of your plan credits and are used only once your plan credits run out.

Steps to top up
- Click your profile icon in the top right and select Account.
- Open the Subscription tab. You'll see your current plan and your Credits Remaining.
- Click [Buy Credits: https://app.atlabs.ai/account/subscription]
- Choose a credit pack suitable for your project generation.
- Complete the payment.
- Your new balance appears in the top right of every screen.
💡 Tip: Your credit balance is always visible in the top right. Check it before starting a long video so you can top up first instead of mid-project.
How top-up credits work
- Who can buy them: credit packs are available on all paid plans (Lite, Pro, Plus and Max).
- When they are used: plan credits are always spent first. Top-up credits kick in automatically once your plan credits run out.
- Do they expire: top-up credits roll over month to month for as long as you stay subscribed. Your balance and its expiry date are under Account → Subscription, next to Credits Remaining.
- Discounts: some plans include discounted credit packs. See Pricing for what your plan includes.
- Invoice: you receive it by email automatically after a successful purchase.

I bought credits, but my balance hasn't changed. What should I do?
Refresh the page and check the balance in the top right. If it still hasn't updated, message us on live chat with your account email, and we'll fix it.
I ran out of credits faster than I expected. Where did they go?
Open the story, click the three-dot menu and choose Credits Usage for a full breakdown. See Credits Usage For A Story. Failed generations don't cost credits.
How many credits do I need for my video?
It depends on the models, length and resolution you choose. See How many credits a video costs? before picking a pack.
