Credits are spent the moment you generate them, whether or not you keep the result, so the biggest savings come from catching problems before the expensive step, not after.

Build cheaper, fix faster

Generate your Storyboard (still images) first. Review every scene here: characters, composition, style, before spending credits on motion.

Fix issues at the image stage. Regenerating a still is far cheaper than regenerating a full motion clip

Only convert to Motion once the storyboard looks right.

Choose image-only vs. animated deliberately per scene; not every scene needs to move.
Draft at lower resolution, if the outputs are suitable (can test by selecting a couple of scenes first)
Mix animated and static segments in longer videos to stretch a tight budget further.

🚨 Where most people lose credits: regenerating motion repeatedly to fix something that was already visible at the image stage. Always catch it in the storyboard first.
