Who owns the videos I create with Atlabs?

You own your videos

Videos you generate on Atlabs belong to you; you're free to use them, including for commercial and client work.

What you're responsible for

Owning your output also means you're responsible for it. In practice:

  • Make sure you have the rights to anything you upload (images, footage, audio, scripts, faces, logos). See [Can I use a real person's face or voice?]
  • Make sure your finished video complies with the [Acceptable Use Policy] and the laws that apply to you.
  • AI output isn't guaranteed to be accurate or unique; review it before you publish.

💡 Planning to disclose AI use? Some platforms and regions require labeling AI-generated or altered media. Check the rules for where you'll publish.
