# 字幕をダウンロードする（SRT形式）

# 💬 Atlabs の動画から字幕をダウンロードするには？

動画の字幕を **SRT ファイル** としてダウンロードできます。SRT は、YouTube、Premiere Pro、DaVinci Resolve をはじめ、ほとんどの編集ソフトが対応している標準の字幕形式です。**Export** パネルの **Other Actions** にあります。

#### 字幕をダウンロードする

1. 右上の **Export** をクリックします。
2. **Other Actions** の下にある **Captions** をクリックします。
3. SRT ファイルがすぐにダウンロードされます。フォームの入力や事前のエクスポートは必要ありません。
これで完了です！ワンクリックで、必要な場所にアップロードできるファイルが用意できます。

🚨 ダウンロードされるのは **現在の編集内容** です。ダウンロード後に字幕を変更した場合は、もう一度ダウンロードして更新されたファイルを入手してください。以前のエクスポートとは自動で同期されません。
