# Managing Scenes

# 🗂️ How do I manage scenes?

You can add, delete, reorder, and split scenes directly from the storyboard without regenerating the entire video.

###### Add, reorder, delete, or split a scene

* **Add:** click the **+** icon on any scene card to insert a blank scene below it.
* **Reorder:** click the arrows icon and drag the card to its new position; timestamps update automatically.
* **Delete:** open the scene, go to the **Settings** tab, and click **Delete Scene.**
* **Split:** open the **Split Scene** tab, click the word where you want the split, and click **Split Scene.** The scene becomes sub-scenes (e.g., 1.1 and 1.2) you can edit independently.

💡 **Tip:** Split scenes that cover two different ideas for better visual variety, then regenerate each sub-scene with a different image prompt.
