# Log in or Access issues

# ⛔️ Why can't I log in or access a feature?

### Can't log in

* Use **Forgot password** on the login screen.
* Try **Sign in with Google** if that's how you originally signed up.
* Clear your browser cache and try again.

### A feature isn't available on my plan

* Check your current plan in the **Subscription** tab.
* Compare features on the pricing page.
* Upgrade directly from the **Subscription** tab. See [How do I manage billing and my subscription?]

### I've run out of credits

* Your credit balance shows in the top-right of every screen.
* Monthly plan credits are used first, then any purchased top-ups.
* Top up or upgrade from the **Subscription** tab. See [What are credits and how do they work?]

### The brand logo isn't appearing on exports

* Confirm you clicked **Save Settings** after uploading the logo.
* Check the **Logo Position** is set to a visible location.
* Re-upload the logo and save again.
