# How to reuse a character, location, or object across videos?

# 🔁 How do I reuse a character, location, or object across videos?

Once you've built a character, location, or object you like, you don't need to recreate it for your next video; save it and pull it in wherever you need it.

###### Save and reuse an asset

1. From any project, open the asset (character, location, or object) you want to keep.
2. Save it to your **Library**.
3. In a new project, open the Library and select the saved asset to bring it in.
4. Tag it with **@** in your prompt to apply it directly to a scene.

Similarly, follow the steps for uploading the image of an object, and a location.

###### 💡 **Tips:**
* Editing a saved asset updates it going forward, it won't retroactively change videos you already finished.
* Building a locked character/location "block" you reuse verbatim across a series keeps results far more consistent than re-describing it each time.
