# Export & Access Issues

# 🙇‍♂️ Why won't my video export or download?

### The Export button is greyed out

* Motion is still generating on one or more scenes.
* Wait for all scenes to finish; look for spinning loaders in the storyboard.
* Then click **Export** again.

### The video downloaded with a watermark

* Watermark-free export requires a **paid plan.**
* Upgrade from the **Subscription** tab in your account. See [How do I manage billing and my subscription?]

### The Premiere Pro option isn't appearing

* Exporting to Premiere Pro requires a higher-tier plan.

The export failed or didn't download

* Check your internet connection and try again.
* Use **Preview Link** correctly.
* If it persists, contact support via the **chat icon** (bottom-right).
