# Download Subtitles (SRT format)

# 💬 How do I download captions from my Atlabs video?

Download your video's subtitles/captions as an **SRT file,** the standard subtitle format accepted by YouTube, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and most other editors. It lives in the **Export** panel under **Other Actions.**

#### Download your captions

1. Click **Export** in the top-right.
2. Under **Other Actions**, click **Captions.**
3. The SRT file downloads immediately, no form or export step required first.
That's it! One click, and the file is ready to upload wherever you need it.

🚨 The download reflects the **current edit.** If you change your captions after downloading, re-download to get the updated file, it isn't automatically synced to a previous export.
