# Add watermark & logo

# 🏷️ How do I put my logo or brand name on every video?

Video Branding lets you set one mark, either your logo or your brand name as text, that gets placed on every video you generate. You can also upload your own fonts for captions and text overlays. Set it up once, and it applies automatically. It lives in the **Theme tab** of your brand settings inside your profile in the top-right corner. https://app.atlabs.ai/brand/theme

#### Add your logo

1. Open your brand settings and go to the **Theme** tab. Under **Video branding**, make sure **Logo Image** is selected.
2. Drop your logo into the upload area, or click **Browse files.** PNG, JPG, SVG, and WebP all work.
The preview on the right shows how your logo will appear on a real video.

#### Or use your brand name as text

1. Switch to **Brand Text** to use your brand name as text instead of an image.
You can only have one mark active at a time. Choose one, and you can switch to the other anytime.

#### Set placement, size, and backdrop

1. Under **Placement**, pick a position from the grid. The selected position is labeled underneath, for example, *Top right.*
2. Set the **Size** by dragging the slider or typing a value in px.
3. Turn on **Backdrop** to add a soft blur behind your logo, which keeps it readable on bright or busy scenes.
4. Check the **Preview** on the right. Switch between **9:16**, **1:1**, and **16:9** to see how your mark sits in each format.
5. Click **Save Changes.** Click **Discard** to undo anything you haven't saved.
Placement settings apply to whichever mark is active, so you don't need to set them separately for logo and text.

#### Upload your brand fonts

1. Scroll to **Your fonts** and click **Upload Font.**
2. Your fonts show up first in every font picker for captions and text overlays, and only you can use them.

💡 **Tips:**
* A transparent PNG or SVG stays sharpest on video. A logo with a solid background box can look like a sticker on top of your footage.
* Check all three aspect ratios in the Preview before saving. A corner that looks clean in 16:9 can sit differently in 9:16.
* If your logo gets lost on lighter or busier scenes, turn on Backdrop before making it bigger.

All future videos will automatically adapt to your business context.

> * An Indian law firm will get visuals with legal settings and Indian professionals.

💡 **Pro Tip:** Be specific when entering your business details. The more context you provide, the more relevant your AI-generated visuals will be.]
